Salad was fresh! Perfectly ripe avacados.

The chicken soup, guacamole and chips were yummy. There is a nice selection of salsa and condiments. It was a bit awkward to get to, but the food is worth it.

Missed this place after moving to NC 5 years ago.

The green posole was terrific but we were really impressed by the service we received from Noah. After ensuring his customers were taken care of he made sure tables and all patron areas were clean and organized...we were truly impressed with his work ethic.

The wings were dry. Not the best that I had

Had the chicken 🐔 bacon 🥓Quesadilla, Chicken, bacon, caramelized onions, cheddar and pico de gallo salsa wrapped in a tortilla and grilled. Too much tortilla didn't get to taste the insides. The place is clean restrooms too and modern.

Food was good. But the girl in the counter.. boy she need an attitude adjustment. If you don't like your job get another one.

Can be a little pricey , don't expect to actually get full. Great food just small portion and high price , are the only drawback. Also nothing but chicken. Don't look for anything other than chicken of many types.

Friendly helpful staff handled the POS system failure well. I had the chicken avocado salad. Really good except the chicken was way over cooked. Plenty of fresh pico de gallo and cilantro to cover that so all wa ls OK.

This place is good, can't say it's better or worse than any other location, it is exactly what it should be and drive through is open pretty late

I went into the restaurant yesterday for lunch and was really happy with the changes they have done to help reduce the spread of the virus. It’s nice to see El Pollo Loco in Vacaville taking action before any other restaurant in the area. Thank you for always taking great care of guest and the community. Food is always delicious and fresh. My favorite is the black bean bowl! Definitely a great spot in town or if you’re driving down I-80 towards SF from Sac.

Food was fresh and tasty. All the kids liked their BRC burritos and the nachos were great. The place was cleanly and the service was great (polite and professional). I would eat at this EPL anytime!

With everything that is going on I appreciate everything this restaurant is doing to make sure we’re all good. I come here mostly everyday for my lunch break everyone is super nice both in mornings and afternoons, Juan always has a smile and goes out of his way to make sure everything is good for everyone, plus the chicken is delicious, I’ve also had conversations with Deyi even tho sometimes with the passing traffic we can barely hear she is patient and kind with everyone, the other employee that always makes sure everything is well for us is Maira she’s such a hard working person she’s always at work making sure everything runs smoothly. I don’t just love the food of this restaurant I also love the kindness and hospitality of all of the employees here.

My favorite chain for chicken. Their grilled chicken with the salsa bar is awesome. Tamales were pretty good Too, a pity it was discontinued

I am very happy to know that El Pollo Loco is also offered in Vacaville!! The best part obviously is the fire grilled chicken- but also the prices are well worth making a trip. For those who are seeking a lower calorie option- check out El Pollo Loco's menu-specifically their Chicken Avocado Burrito that comes with a side salad.

Good food, good prices, reasonably fast, can be hard to park here though. Tropical and regular brewed iced tea, sugar free

They have increased their prices and lowered the quality of the food. My chicken was dry and cold. 13$ for 5 drum sticks and 3 thighs. All cold and dry. Not happy with the whole thing.
